Late night snacking
Thursday, February 5th, 2009Late night snack of coconut bliss vanilla ice cream and chocolate HappinessTM spread while on the phone with Alexis, meanwhile roasting leftover duck parts for later broth production. Post-phone-call snacking on said roasted duck parts between roasting pan and soup pot, and later sipping of broth. Yumminess all around.
Oh, and I had a plate of whipped sweet potatoes and apple sponge casserole with cherry chutney, too.
